TRAINING

This program is designed for horses conditioned or trained for show and/or sale purposes. Placement of a horse in this program does not obligate VF to show the horse. For amateur horses, a discretionary number of lessons with the amateur is included, as appropriate.

Individual costs to the owner include stall signage (for stable and show), identification tags (for horse’s
individual attire and tack), barn blankets, barn hoods, other barn attire and personal show saddles.

DUAL TRAINING

This program is designed for horses with dual purposeshalter and performance. Horses will be trained in both disciplines simultaneously, yet the work is done separately by the halter and performance trainers. All conditions of the Comprehensive Program apply.

STALL BOARD/Lay-Up

Horses reside in permanent stalls with no forced exercise although horses are turned out daily, as needed. Typically, this program is designed for horses in full training who require time off or lay-up. Other stall board horses may be accepted for limited periods on an individual basis.

PASTURE BOARD

Horses reside in the pasture and are not brought into stalls at night. Pasture board is limited and is usually reserved for long-term clients who have other horses in full time training.
